Genetic Potential
Predict your maximum muscular potential based on your frame measurements (Casey Butt formula).
Frame Measurements
Measure your wrist and ankle at their smallest points for most accurate results.

Scientific Basis
Casey Butt Formula (2010):
Developed through extensive research on competitive natural bodybuilders. Uses bone structure (wrist/ankle circumference) as predictors of muscle potential, since tendon attachment sites and muscle insertion points correlate with frame size.
LBM = H^1.5 × (√W/22.667 + √A/17.010) × (1 + BF%/224)
Important Notes:
• Results assume ~10 years of optimal training, nutrition, and recovery
• Maximum weight is calculated at 10% body fat for men, 18-20% for women
• Individual genetics vary significantly - these are population estimates
• Formula validated against drug-tested natural bodybuilders
